Board Page/Kanban

The Board Page is the part of Project Page. It provides a visual task management system where you can:

  • View all project tasks organized by their current status.
  • Track task progress as they move through different stages.
  • Easily update task statuses by moving them between columns.
    Click and hold the task you want to move. Drag it to the desired column.
  • Use filters and search to quickly find tasks based on status, priority, or assignee.
  • Create new columns and rename existing ones to match your workflow.

Board Settings

It’s a settings page on the Active Sprint and Board/Kanban pages. To open Board Settings, click the “Settings” button. 

How To Work With Statuses

Unallocated Statuses Column

This column contains unused statuses. You can drag and drop statuses from this column into any other column if needed.

Adding A New Status

  • Click “Add New Status” to open a modal window for adding a new status.
  • Choose the colour and Status group.

Editing Statuses

  • Hover over a status and click the pencil (edit) icon.
  • Make the necessary changes.
  • Click “Save” to apply the updates or press enter.

Deleting Statuses

  • Hover over a status and click the pencil (edit) icon.
  • Choose “Delete”.
  • Click “Delete Status” to confirm and “Cancel” to close the window without deleting the status.

How To Work With Columns

Adding A New Column

  • Click the “Add Column” button.
  • Or drag a status into “Add Column” to automatically create a new column with that status inside.
  • The new column will appear with an active input field for renaming it.

Editing Columns

  • Click on a column title to edit its name.
  • Or you can edit a name through the Board Page by clicking on a column title.

If a column name is left empty, it will automatically be named “Untitled”.

Deleting Columns 

  • Click the trash bin icon next to a column title on the Board Setting Page to delete it.

Deleted column statuses are moved to Unallocated Statuses and can be reassigned.

How To Save Changes

At the bottom center of the Board Settings page you will see “Save” and “Cancel” buttons.
Click “Save” to apply the changes or “Cancel” to discard unsaved changes.
