Backlog

The Backlog is a block on the Sprints Page that displays all project tasks and allows sprint planning.

From Backlog, you can:

1. View the total number of tasks in the Backlog.

2. See detailed task information.

3. Open tasks in Quick View by clicking on them or in a new window by clicking the special icon.

4. Create a new sprint by clicking the “Create Sprint” button to open the Sprint Creation Form.

5. Add new tasks by clicking the “Create Task” button.

6. Move tasks into a sprint.

How To Move Tasks Into A Sprint

• Click and hold the task, then drag it into an existing sprint.

• Or hover over the task and click the “Move to the next sprint” icon to send it to the earliest sprint.

How To Move Tasks Into A Backlog

If a task is already in a sprint, you can move it back to the Backlog.

• Click and hold the task, then drag it into the Backlog.
• On the Task page go to the right-hand menu, find the “Sprint” section and select “Backlog”
